I’ve actually come around on JohnMary show for a number of reasons previously stated but also bc JohnMary as an arranged marriage interests me like I’m middle eastern I know of multiple arranged marriages in my family I have a vague understanding of just the tensions that arise from that and if they can somehow capture those feelings while injecting the weird angelic horror that does take over their canon story into it i’d be so down
