1, love isn't everything when I was 17 i thought it was but at 36 I realize there's so much more to life than love.

2, we all die alone. No one can go through it with us the process of moving from living to dead is something you do by yourself

3, "okay die alone then" is commonly used by allos to make single people fear their singleness and be embarrassed by it. There's nothing wrong with being single or only having a few friends don't lay your hangups on other people with this kind of nonsense.

lol love isn't just romantic love so stop painting it like it is. love also includes platonic love and Familial love and love for animals and what not. it has been proven time and time again that humans require love in some form to function normally. so shut up. I am demi ace, have no real interest in romance or long term relationships and really do not appreciate the idea that romantic love is the only kind of love lmao

First of all, i never said romantic love was the only kind of love, i said that allos specifically use fear of dying alone to push people into romantic relationships.

2nd yes platonic love exists but some of us struggle to experience ANY kind of love I'm an aro ace who doesn't experience love platonic or otherwise 99% of the time.

basically "but platonic love though" is a tired argument regarding love because not everyone experiences love, so when i say love isn't everything, I'm speaking from experience.
